Participating contractors agree in writing to receive payment for approved work from the closing proceeds. Before work begins, review eligibility, the scope and price, and what happens if the property does not sell or the closing is delayed. Not every property or project qualifies.
Some cash transactions can close in as little as 10 days. Timing depends on clear title, the authority to sell, any required court approvals, and the buyer’s terms. We’ll discuss what is realistic for your situation.

We support a client-first approach but do not become your court-appointed executor or fiduciary through this service. Legal, tax, investment, and lending advice comes from the appropriately qualified professional you engage.
